Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all documents before signing or submission, bringing proper identification, ensuring signer willingness and awareness, and paying any applicable service fees, travel fees, third-party fees, filing fees, postage, shipping, court fees, or agency fees.
Appointments and Availability
Appointment times are subject to availability, travel conditions, document readiness, signer readiness, identification requirements, and other practical or legal requirements. E.T. Mobile Solutions may refuse or reschedule service when required by law, safety concerns, incomplete information, improper identification, coercion, fraud concerns, or inability to complete the requested service.
Payments
Fees may be due before, during, or after service depending on the service type. Deposits, travel fees, printing fees, scan-back fees, shipping, postage, filing fees, and third-party costs may be separate unless clearly stated in writing.
No Guarantee of Outcome
E.T. Mobile Solutions does not guarantee the acceptance, approval, filing result, legal effect, agency processing time, court result, apostille result, loan result, or outcome of any document, transaction, or submission.
