Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order or booking. Custom product orders: all sales are final once production begins. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. Coaching sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid a cancellation fee. Notary services: fees due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, E.T. Mobile Solutions and ThrasherbizBiz LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
